This is the most amazing and rare vintage Chanel choker necklace! It was made famous on the catwalk when worn by Linda Evangelista along with other iconic pieces (see photo from Chanel Catwalk page 135). This version is identical to the clear faceted crystal choker worn by Linda, but it is in a beautiful citrine colour. The oval crystals are attached to a velvet band which is backed in black leather. The crystals are graduated from front to back, and the velvet/leather bands are tied at the back of the neck to keep the choker in place. Stunning!

The piece is signed CHANEL PARIS in gold on the leather, and it appeared on the Autumn/Winter 1991/2 catwalk.

Measurements

Total length of the choker/ band is 31" (80cms), the largest crystal measures 1" high(2.5cms).

There is some wear to the leather, consistent with it being tied, but this in no way detracts from this awesome piece. The crystals are in perfect condition.

It comes with its own Chanel box.
