This is a wonderful, and very unusual Victorian  tricolour buckle ring, hallmarked for 18ct Gold, Birmingham, and the year 1894

This rare ring, the likes of which i have never come accross before boasts a trio of stunning gemstone comprising an antique old cut diamond a  cornflower blue sapphire and a lovely bright pinky red ruby.  The gems are arranged as part of the buckle design, and they add a lovely pop of colour to what its usually a plain gold design.   The 18 carat gold band is  a constant width of 5mm all the way round.  The buckle itself is magnificent and given its age, the ring remains in splendid  condition

This is a romantic, and unique ring which would be a wonderful gift for a loved one, or for yourself!  It is a UK size L, which is a US size 5 3/4 and it weighs 2.80g
